5.1 mosparo

We use mosparo.io (hereinafter „mosparo“) on this website. mosparo is open-source software under the MIT License is distributed. The mosparo Services are operated on servers managed by the website operator.

Mosparo is used to check whether data entered on this website (e.g. in a contact form) is being entered by a human or by an automated programme. To do this, Mosparo analyses the website visitor’s behaviour on the basis of various characteristics.

This analysis begins automatically as soon as a website visitor accesses a website on which mosparo is enabled. If you express an interest in getting involved via our form on the „Get involved!“ page, the data you enter will be stored in order to assign you to the appropriate working group or local group and to get in touch with you.

The only mandatory field is the email address. All other details (name, postcode, areas of interest) are optional.

Please note: Specifying areas of interest (e.g. local group, door-to-door canvassing) may allow conclusions to be drawn about political opinions. These are special categories of personal data pursuant to Art. 9 GDPR, which we only process on the basis of your explicit consent.

The processing is carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@berlinzusammen.de.
